Town Clerk/Tax Collector

The Town of New Paltz will be limiting payment options for the 2026 tax collection season. We will not be accepting cash payments or payments made in person. You can mail in your payment or drop it in the secure Dropbox on the outside of Town Hall. To pay online, please have your Bill, Section/Block/Lot, Property Address and Phone Number ready when making your payment. Amount paid MUST be the exact amount specified on your 2026 Tax bill, as per Ulster County Commissioner of Finance. NO partial payments can be accepted, we will have to return them to you.
